Go! wants to remind parents, students, and schools about the Drop and Give Me 15 initiative. By Dropping your child off at school a little early, it Gives them an additional 15 minutes of physical activity before the school day starts. Physical activity is a necessity for children; not just for healthy bodies, but for healthy minds that are ready to learn. Kids should aim to get at least 60 minutes of vigorous (think deeper breaths and flushed faces) every single day.
So, as you send your kids off to school, let’s feed them a hearty and nourishing breakfast and Drop and Give Me 15! #go!getter
